By accessing this site, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose — viewing, selecting, and purchasing photo proofs provided by Pixel Perfect Photography. You agree not to misuse the site or any content in any way.

2. Intellectual Property

All photos and content on this site are the property of Pixel Perfect Photography and are protected by copyright laws. You may not download, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any images without written permission unless you have purchased the appropriate rights.

3. Client Galleries

Client galleries are private and may require a password to access. Please do not share gallery links or passwords without permission. Galleries are typically available for 42-84 days (6-12 weeks)from delivery unless otherwise arranged.

4. Orders and Payments

Print and digital orders placed through the site are final. Please double-check your selections before completing a purchase. Payments are securely processed through Pixieset’s third-party providers.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged print or have an issue with your order, please contact us at pixelperfphotography@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to your gallery, but we are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or data losses caused by external service providers (including Pixieset).

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
